Description

Voices continued to echo through Chandra’s mind. In an attempt to silence them, he shut his eyes but this only made things worse. He was pulled into his unbalanced mind where he could see them, the shadowy, dark figures that laughed at his suffering, that always tortured him whenever this would happen.

He whined in distress and collapsed on the ground unable to do more than to hope for it all to be over soon. Suddenly a calm voice broke through the laughter, “It’s okay”, it said. A light shown through the monsters, weakening their grip just enough for Chandra to open his eyes...

I quite like how it came out, but I think I made the light shining from behind Astrid a little too blinding. XD

This is so neat!!  I love the lighting, I think it accentuates how there is so much going on and it's overwhelming to Chandra... sensory overload could be hinted at with the lighting ^^  Astrid looks so troubled haha, you drew her so well!  Thank you for including her in this :3  I need to do one of Astrid and Chandra as well, hopefully soon :la:  I really love the ocean behind them as well and the spirit/figures/mind-wolves look wonderfully terrifying :D
